Data protection
1. Legal basis
1.1. The EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2000, and the Data Protection Amendment Act 2018 serve to protect the right to personal data. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, DSG 2018, TKG 2003).
2. General information

3. Purpose limitation, legal basis, storage period, and data recipients
3.1. We need the personal data collected for contract fulfillment, billing, assertion of contractual claims, customer service, and advertising purposes. The data is collected, stored, processed, and used for these purposes.
3.2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is, on the one hand, the fulfillment of the contract, legitimate interests, the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations and, on the other hand, your consent (e.g., contact form, newsletter, cookies). Failure to provide the data may have various consequences.
3.3. We process your personal data, as necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, processing, to the termination of a contract) and beyond, in accordance with the statutory storage and documentation obligations arising from, among other things, the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Federal Tax Code (BAO), and until the end of any legal disputes, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.
3.5. In the context of operating our websites, we commission software service providers and agencies who may gain access to your personal data in the course of their activities, provided that they need the data to perform their respective services. These service providers have undertaken to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Data processing agreements have been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. 4. Contact form
4.1. Your information, including personal data from our contact form, is transmitted to us via our own mail server for processing your request, further processed, and stored by us. This data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. Without this data, we cannot process your requests.
4.2. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent) GDPR.
5. Cookies, other tracking tools, and web analysis [when using web analysis tools such as Google Analytics, eTracker, etc.]
5.1. Cookies, other tracking technologies, and functions of the web analysis service (Google Analytics) can be used in a variety of ways on our internet platform. Cookies are small pieces of text information that enable the recognition of the user and an analysis of your use of our websites. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. It is used to make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure overall. Cookies are also used to measure the frequency of page views and for general navigation.

5.4. Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible.
5.5. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on standard contractual clauses.
5.6. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 GDPR (in particular consent). As the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.
6. Consent and right of revocation
6.1. If your consent is required for the processing of your data, we will only process it after you have given your express consent.
6.2. As a matter of principle, we do not process data relating to minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you are at least 14 years of age or that you have the consent of your legal representative.
6.3. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to idaosten2@gmail.com. In such a case, the data stored about you will be anonymized and subsequently used only for statistical purposes without personal reference. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
7. Data security
7.1. Our company uses technical and organizational security measures to protect the stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, or destruction and against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technical progress.
8. Your rights
8.1. You have the right to obtain information from the controller about the personal data concerned at any time. Unless there is a legal obligation to retain data, you have the right to have this data deleted and to object to its processing.
